Hi, I'm Patrick!

I left a career at one of the largest real estate investment firms in Manhattan to solve a problem that affected me everyday. I often got home late at night dreading my routine of protein tubs, creatine pills, and electrolyte powders. I’d look at my supplement shelf and walk away, not wanting to force down another chalky mixture in the name of fueling myself.

I’m a fitness enthusiast - having played collegiate rugby and still actively strength training alongside preparation for the New York City Marathon (through the 9+1 program). Yet despite my knowledge on the benefits of each individual supplement (protein, creatine, and electrolytes), the inconvenience and hassle got in the way of a consistent and enjoyable routine.

I kept asking myself:why doesn't a better solution exist?

But I couldn't find a ready-to-drink product that covered everything a performance athlete needs, and actually tasted good enough to want every day.
